Helmlab support is intentionally simple. If something breaks, blocks a client workflow, or just feels off, we want the report quickly so we can fix the product just as quickly.

Getting started

Import a client chat or brief into the AI importer to extract the basics quickly. Refine the result into a cleaner client record, project scope, and budget. Then share a no-login portal link so your client sees exactly what they need without extra friction.

Feedback during beta

Beta feedback is product fuel. If a workflow feels confusing, a portal looks off on mobile, or a feature saves you real time, tell us. We are actively shaping Helmlab around those signals.

How do I invite a client?

Create a client, open their record, generate a portal, and share the portal link. The portal is designed to work without forcing the client to create a login.

Is my data secure?

We use secure authentication cookies, protected backend validation, and a dedicated application database. We only store the data required to run your workspace and support the product.

How do I start quickly?

Paste a client conversation or brief into the importer, let Helmlab structure the details, then refine the project, milestones, and portal view before sharing it.
